Responsibilities

• You will work with VP - Engineering and the technical team
• Design and lead back-end engineering and all the technical aspects of our product.
• Manage and support the engineers in your team to help them deliver to the best of their ability
• Help us hire and grow the engineering team as you’ll play a key role in interviews and hiring decisions, and will lead the technical onboarding plan of new hires.
• Coach your team and develop career path of your team members.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of total experience in software engineering and 2+ years of experience in engineering management.
• Must have experience in blockchain space.
• You have designed, built, and scaled products.
• You have experience with agile practices
• Must have experience with Databases SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• You’re passionate about building an open financial system that brings the world together.
• Must be good at Data-structures and Algorithms.
